Happy Holidays from the Field Book Project!

In honor of this holiday season, we'd like to share some of the unusual content we've found in field books: recipes from our specimen collectors. Enjoy our virtual holiday card to you; we hope it provides some inspiration for your holiday celebrations. Recipes include: chocolate creams, orange lemon drops, molasses candy, neapolitan creams, tomas barrera cocktail, and rum and maracuyá (passion fruit).
