Well, sure there is still a lot to do in this way, but even the sampling in transcriptomics is very scarce (one gastrotriche in the publications so far for instance...), and what will we do with those genomes if we don't know the morphology of the animals ? Genomics by it self will not give us all the answers (I'm not saying that you say that, just wanted to point that out ;) ).
