I have 5 ensete maurelli growing for 5 years in my subtropical garden in Nicosia Cyprusgets maybe 3 nights a year at 0C temperatures. They are not removed in winter but the first 2 years were cut down and covered - now the are at least 12 ft and I leave them overwinter on their own. I dont want to lose them by flowering and dying off so my question is can i prevent flowering
